Rev. Surekha & Pastor Chrishani Hulugalle: The New Foursquare GB National Leaders
On 17th Septemeber 2011, Rev. Surekha & Pastor Chrishani Hulugalle were unanimously voted in as the new National Leaders of the Foursquare family of Churches of Great Britain.
They were commissioned by Rev. Kenneth Baird (outgoing National Leader), Jeff and Debbie Roper (representing F.M.I.) and Piet Brinksma, National Leader of The Netherlands (representing Foursquare Church, Europe)

On the 17th September 2011, Pastor Perrine Feranando, Rev. Tunde Okeowo and Rev. Jeff Knight were voted in as members of the Interim Foursquare GB National Board.

Europe is often called a post-Christian region, one with daunting spiritual challenges. Even so, Foursquare has hundreds of churches here, and in 2010, more than 3,000 people came to Christ.

A Testimony
A 23 year old man was losing his sight, doctors said his cornea was going out of shape. He needed an operation to stop it getting worse. Prayers were said for this man... The doctors said that the cornea had reverted back to it's original state. The outcome was that surgery was no longer needed, just lenses to correct his vision.
The doctors have stated, "They have never seen anything like this before"! Praise God!

Glenn C. Burris Jr. Selected as
New Foursquare President
Glenn C. Burris Jr. was elected as president of The Foursquare Church by the convention voting body during Connection 2010, held in Atlanta May 31-June 3. Addressing the convention body on June 1, Glenn noted that the position would require partnership from the Foursquare family, and that he "can't imagine leading into the future without you." Glenn will assume his new responsibilities October 1, 2010. Please pray for him and his family, as well as the Foursquare family, as we make this critical transition in leadership. read more... |
